What are the fabrics used to make your products?
To promote natural fabrics, most of our products are made of cotton or silk.
What are the wash care instructions for your products?
Please follow the below instructions for all our products -
* First wash dry clean only
* Soak cotton materials in salt water for twenty minutes before first wash
* Wash in cold water with mild/liquild detergent
* Rinse thoroughly
* Do not dry in direct sunlight; Dry clothes inside out
* Mild ironing inside out
* Do not wash dupatta
Note : Fabric has been dyed/hand printed using traditional dyeing processes. Some colours may initialy transfer when in dry or wet contact with light coloured fabrics or upholstery.
Are your products expensive?
We believe that our products are reasonably priced. To foster and preserve India's heritage and traditional methods of printing, dyeing and thread work embroidery, most of Suhasini's products are naturally dyed/hand block printed/hand embroided. These processes involve more of man-work and time than compared to that involved in machine printing/machine embroidery. This is a major cost increasing agent. But, the look and feel it gives to the finished product is phenomenal. And not to forget, we use the best of the fabrics and threads for all our products.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop?
No, while it is not necessary to have a Suhasini account to shop and purchase items, it is certainly recommended to have one. You can shop and checkout by providing just your email ID.
How do I pay?
The following payment methods are accepted through DirecPay payment gateway:
* Credit Cards: Domestic and International Visa, MasterCard.
* Debit Cards: Debit cards issued by most of the major banks.
* Net banking: We allow net banking transactions from nearly 50 major Indian banks.
Shipping and Delivery
How fast do you deliver?
We try our best to deliver your orders as early as possible. On an average, it takes us about 7-10 business days to deliver orders across Karnataka. For deliveries out of Karnataka, please contact us.
What if I need faster delivery?
We do offer a priority delivery service at an additional charge. Incase you need your order to be delivered in the priority mode, please contact us with your order number after placing the order.
Are there any hidden charges?
No, there are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with Suhasini. We belive in transparent pricing and the price you see in your cart is the price you pay.
How do I check the status of my order?
Your order will normally be delivered in about 7-10 business days. However, incase you have questions or the order was not delivered, you can contact us.
Can I cancel my orders?
Yes, you can cancel your orders provided it is not dispatched. To cancel your order, please contact us.
What if the product was opened/damaged?
If the product was not delivered in good condition, please contact us immediately.
Return policy
For a healthy seller-buyer relationship, product once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged. Please refer our size guide to choose the best size for you. Contact us of any problems, damages or defects within 24 hours from the time of delivery. We will exchange the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.
